SCOTT PYLES
Scott Pyles is a partner of Rathbun, Cservenyak & Kozol, LLC
and has practiced law for more than 17 years. His practice is concentrated
in the area of civil litigation, personal injury, election law, and
social security disability.
Mr. Pyles has tried more than two dozen cases to verdict and has
successfully argued numerous cases on appeal, including one to the
Illinois Supreme Court. He practices in Will County, Illinois at
the firm’s Joliet location.
Scott grew up in New Lenox, IL, receiving his Bachelor of Arts
degree from Illinois State University and his Juris Doctorate degree
from Northern Illinois University. He is a member of the Will County
and Illinois State Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers
of America, and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Pyles was an intern at the Illinois Lt. Governor’s office,
McLean County States Attorney’s Office, and with Will County
Legal Assistance. He has served as a Will County Special Assistant
States Attorney, City Attorney for the City of Braidwood, and a
member of the State of Illinois Anti-Crime Advisory Panel.
